Patients must spend over $150 (in Clinic) in one transaction to qualify to enter.

 

Patients must be over 18 to enter.

Appointments must be booked online to enter.

Entry receipts will be provided to you at the time of your transaction.

Be sure to write your name and number on the back of your receipt and place it in

the entry box with your name and number written on the back.

For those spending multiples of $150 in one appointment,

staff will provide you with multiple receipts to enter.

The winner will be drawn the 31st Of March 2020,

and have until June 30th 2020 to redeem.

TRANSACTIONS WILL NOT BE BACKDATED should

you forget or change your mind  to enter the competition.

Treatments are subject to suitability.
